55th National Film Awards for 2007 were announced on 07-09-09(Monday).About 102 films and 106 non-feature films were considered for the prestigious National Awards.Tamil actor Prakash Raj has left behind Bollywood biggies like Shah Rukh Khan and Aamir Khan to claim the prestigious National Awards for 2007 in Best Actor category.
