Govt has 100% stakes in Union bank of india

Government has 100% stake in "United bank of india"(Exception for this bank)...not in Union bank of india...!!!IT is proposed that govt must have a maximum of 74% stake in banks and minimum of 51%.
In 2010, Govt is planning to sell around 15% of stake in Unite bank of india as IPO.

Vineet...Your talking about Taylor book award ....It is different from Taylor Award.
Taylor award is given for the achievement in the field of conservation of Environment.It was honoured by Goldman Foundation.

HI VARUN I DO HAVE INDIAN BANK PO EXAM IN LINE SO CAN YOU PLZ SUGGEST THAT HOW MANY QUES SHALL I ATTEMPT FROM VERBAL SECTION(50Q)WHICH I OF QUALIFYING NATURE APART FROM REASONING(75), QUANTS(50), GK(50)IN ORDER TO GET SHOTLISTED FOR THE INTERVIEW PROCESS.

Quant - around 30-35
Gk - around 35
English - around 35
The more you score...there is much better chances to qualify in the interview..

Hey varun,i jus want 2 knw dat i hv gvn 5-6 exams f po in a row.n next is BOI bt m unable to do more than 25 qustn with nt 100% acurcy,rest sections i do as per urs.so is thr ne chance.m rly pissed off.help me out

sorry to mention but it is only GA part n i lie in General cat.......m really afraid wen i counted i just got 20-22 marks in GA indian bank rest is kk....is thr ne chance by chance...????

Try to answer more than 30 questions...with minimum 90% accuracy...if you are lack in Gk concentrate more on that...
By how much accuracy do you attempted 22 questions...???
Suppose... if you are attempted with 90% accuracy...you get very close to pass marks in GK section...which is not a good sign for you...!!!
